you getting started with our new SupportTool, we've created a quick starting
guide for you.

Report an
an incident:
- Click on report an incident

Complete
the form as accurately as possible.

- After clicking on „Submit“
you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your processing number. In the
mail there is also a link which you can use to query the status of your newly
created ticket
- In order to inform you about
changes in your tickets, an informational email is sent to the creator
whenever the status changes.
