Report an
an incident:
Click on report an incident
·Complete
the form as accurately as possible.
After clicking on „Submit“
you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your processing number. In the
mail there is also a link which you can use to query the status of your newly
created ticket
In order to inform you about
changes in your tickets, an informational email is sent to the creator
whenever the status changes.
